Discrete builds — a private inference setup, a security architecture review, a zero-trust network — are quoted as fixed-price projects once we've agreed what "done" looks like. Most start in the low-to-mid four figures.

Longer engagements (standing up infrastructure and staying on to operate or hand it off) run as a monthly retainer. One person's rate, not an agency's markup.

Open-source work and anything that benefits the commons, I'm flexible on. Ask.
